Do I need an Appointment?

An appointment is required. This is to ensure a reserved dressing room just for you and your guests. 

What should I bring to try on wedding gowns?

You are required to wear underwear when trying on wedding gowns. Strapless bras available upon request.


Are all the styles listed on your website there at your boutique?

We suggest calling the store with a designer and style number so we can check to see if we have style in store. If you would like to see exactly what we have here to try on, you can visit our Pinterest page for styles here in store.

How long does it take to get a wedding gown?

Delivery time for our gowns is anywhere from 4 to 6 month shipping. If we need a gown quicker, rushes are available on most designers. 

What are the prices of your wedding gowns? Are there any refunds or exchanges after a purchase is made?

The majority of our gowns are between $1,800-$3,000 however we do have styles that go up to $7,000. We do not offer, nor accept any refunds and/or exchanges once a product has been purchased or ordered.


What is the delivery time for Bridesmaids and Mothers dresses?

Delivery time for Bridesmaids and Mothers dresses is 3-4 months. Rush cuts and stock can be checked if needed sooner than 3-4 months. 

How does my bridesmaid know what size to order?

We suggest all bridesmaids have their measurements professionaly taken to ensure they are taken accurately. Once measurements are taken, they are compared to the designer's size chart and the size is chosen to fulfill the largest measurement. Typically a size or two larger than your normal dress size will be ordered as most gowns are cut on a smaller pattern.

Do you provide alterations?

We do have an independent in-house alterations department that works exclusively with our customers.
