Do I need an Appointment?

We do recommend an appointment to ensure a sales associate and dressing room.  However, walk-ins are welcome and will be accomodated as quickly as posiible.

What should I bring to try on wedding gowns?

You should were proper undergarments, we do provide strapless/backless bras to accomodate most gowns.

How long does it take to get a wedding gown?

Delivery time for our gowns is a 4 to 5 month shipping.  However, Rush Cuts are available if need for speedy delivery. 

What are the prices of your wedding gowns?

Our price range is from $599 to $8000.

What is the delivery time for Bridesmaids, Mothers and Flowergirl dresses?

Delivery time for Bridesmaids dresses is 12 weeks and Rush Cuts are available if needed for earlier shipping.  Mothers gowns shipping is 12 weeks, However there is hanging stock available for certain styles and Rush cut delivery is available.

How does my bridesmaid know what size to order?

We suggest all bridesmaids have there measurements professionaly taken to ensure the closest accuracy. Once measurements are taken, they are compared to the designers size chart and the size is chosen to fulfill the largest measurement.  Typically a size or two larger than your normal dress size will be ordered as most gowns are cut on a smaller pattern.

What do I do if a bridesmaid is pregnant?

There are a few maternity style available, just ask your sales associate.  Another option is to order a bridesmaids dress that could easily be altered to accomodate so that she would coordinate with the rest of the bridal party.

What are Mockingbird Bridal's Buisness Hours?

Our hours of opperation are Monday and Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 7:45p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Saturday 9:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. 

Do you provide alterations?

We do have an in-house alterations department that handles just our customers.  Our seamstress has been in the wedding industry for over 25 years and is familar with all fabrics and styles.
